your visit - what to expect

I'll sit with you in the consulting room and have a quick chat about what you need, your lifestyle, all the factors that can impact your health and how we manage it.

 From there we will set expectations on the best method to achieve your health goals.

People often ask how often they should come in for a massage. 

 I say, 'You know your body best.'

 I would recommend that people attend a minimum of once a month.  

I will work with you and your body to see what it needs on the day.  

I may use a variety of techniques during your visit, such as cupping or hot stones. 

to get the best results. 

These techniques are all included in your treatment. 

Your privacy and comfort is always respected at Glow in Wellness and 

your comfort during your sessions is of the upmost importance.

Your trust in me, allows me to work with your body to restore your health and vitality.

Feedback is vital for me to achieve the results you're after. You can let me know  during the session at all times, if you need a change in pressure etc.
