What I offer
Services and Pricing
All of my massages combine remedial and relaxation techniques, so you don't need to choose between the two. Your body will let us know what you need.
Remedial Massage Therapy
Tailored treatments for targeted relief. Assessment-based — every technique chosen for a reason, whether that's deep tissue work, myofascial release, or trigger point therapy.
Bowen Therapy
Gentle, precise movements that restore balance to the nervous system and promote the body's own healing response. Effective for pain, stress, and a wide range of conditions.
TMJ Remedial Treatment
A whole-body approach to jaw joint dysfunction — addressing the hip-jaw fascial connection through remedial massage, advanced fascial techniques, and intra-oral work.

Compression Boot Recovery
Therabody compression boots with infrared heat and gentle vibration — a relaxing way to unwind tired, heavy legs. Many clients enjoy it as a standalone session or added on to their massage. This is a general wellness and relaxation service, not a medical treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept health fund rebates?
Yes. Glow in Wellness is a registered HICAPS provider. You can claim your health fund rebate on the spot at the time of your appointment — no receipts or forms needed. Most major Australian funds are accepted including Medibank, BUPA, HCF, NIB, AHM, and HBF.
Where is Glow in Wellness located?
Glow in Wellness is located at Level 1, Shop R1/20 King St, Caboolture QLD 4510. Call me on 0413 502 977 for parking instructions.
What is the difference between remedial massage and Bowen therapy?
Remedial massage uses targeted hands-on techniques to address specific muscle groups, relieve pain, and improve mobility. Bowen therapy is a gentle, non-invasive technique that uses light, rolling moves over fascia and muscles to stimulate the body's own healing response. Both are effective — the right choice depends on your condition and goals, and Gloria can advise you.
Do I need a doctor's referral to book?
No referral is needed. You can book directly online or by calling Gloria. If you have a chronic condition or recent injury it's helpful to mention it when booking so the session can be prepared appropriately.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online any time through our booking page, or call Gloria directly during business hours on 0413 502 977. First-time clients are welcome to call with questions before booking.
What are the compression boots and how do they work?
They're Therabody compression boots — full-leg sleeves that fit over your legs and cycle through gentle waves of dynamic air compression, combined with infrared heat and vibration. Many clients find the sensation relaxing for tired, heavy legs. Sessions run 15, 30, or 60 minutes, or you can add a quick session on to your massage. It's a relaxation service, not a medical treatment.
Are the compression boots suitable for me?
Yes, for most people — they're a general relaxation and wellness service suited to anyone wanting to unwind tired or heavy legs, whether you're active, on your feet a lot, or just after a bit of downtime. If you have an existing medical condition affecting circulation or your lymphatic health, please check with your doctor first and mention it when you book, as this is a general wellness service rather than a medical treatment.
Your therapist
Meet Gloria
You may not have met a massage therapist quite like me!
Glow in Wellness is a place where everyone is welcome without judgement. And your visit has a purpose — to relax you, to relieve aches and pains, and to empower you in living YOUR version of a healthy life.
I came to massage therapy from my love of people and a passion for wanting to help others. Massage is often looked at as a luxury, but to me, it is a necessity — a necessity in dealing with the aches and pains that come from being a regular person in a busy world.
When you first step into my massage room, I'll take a moment to get to know you, your body, and how you manage it. I listen to my clients to determine what they really need, because managing your muscles, aches, scars and energy should enhance your life, not weigh it down and become a chore.
Every client is unique in their needs and the way they manage their body. You won't leave with an armful of exercises to do if that's not you, and I take a personalised approach — it's not one size fits all.
Massage is about working with a purpose, and I want you to be empowered in managing your physical and mental well-being.
My business is an extension of me — authentic, balanced and honest.
– Gloria
