Our remedial massages start with a 5-10 min assessment to see where you body is at, so that you get the best out of your session. 

Bowen Therapy is the use of small, measured movements over the skin, which restores balance to the nervous system and triggers the body to heal itself.

It can be used to treat:

Back pain and sciatica, Digestive and bowel problems, Earache and TMJ, joint issues, menstrual and hormonal irregularities, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue syndrome and more. 

I offer Scar Tissue massage sessions as well as extra treatments to complement your massage.

Scar tissue packages are available, and I offer cupping or hot stones as included options during your massage. 

Additional products include sports taping, hemp oil, or a heated-eye mask to aid relaxation.
